By accessing or using RupeeCollect (“Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”), you (“User”, “Company”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register or use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including company owners, managers, and employees (agents).
RupeeCollect is a cloud-based loan collection management platform designed for NBFCs, microfinance institutions, and private finance companies operating in India. The Service includes:
To use the Service, you must register with a valid business email address and provide accurate company information including company name, owner name, mobile number, and city.

Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used by more than one company entity without explicit written permission from RupeeCollect.
Free Trial: New registrations receive a 1-month free trial with full access to all features. No payment information is required during the trial period.
Subscription Fee: After the trial period, continued access requires an active subscription at ₹1,000 per year (plus 18% GST = ₹1,180 total).
Payment: Subscription payments are processed securely. We accept UPI, net banking, and debit/credit cards.
Renewal: Subscriptions are annual and must be renewed before expiry to maintain uninterrupted access. Data is retained for 30 days after subscription expiry before permanent deletion.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of proven technical failure on our part.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines, the NBFC regulations, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
You must not:
All customer and loan data you enter into the platform belongs to your company. RupeeCollect does not claim ownership of your business data.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data entered into the platform, including customer personal information and loan details.
You must ensure you have proper consent from your customers to store their personal data on a cloud-based platform as required under applicable Indian data protection laws.

We strive to maintain 99% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice (minimum 30 days for major changes).
All intellectual property rights in the RupeeCollect platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to RupeeCollect. No license to any intellectual property is granted to you except the limited right to use the Service as permitted under these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RupeeCollect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
